Pottery - Plates

Footed Sweet Plate (2003)
This is my second attempt at a cake plate, but the first to make it out alive. It's too small for an actual cake at only 7 inches across, but it will be excellent for little goodies. I'm definitely going to try this again. I'm also loving the white glaze over brown speckled clay.

Sante Fe Saucer (2003)
I'm going through a bit of a plate phase these days. So far saucers and lunch plates, like this one, are de riguer. I have one that's on the go which is nearly dinner plate sized. Someday I'll be throwin' me own Pier 1 platters. The thinness of this plate caused it to colapse a bit which is why it appears to be kind of convex.
