Pottery - Vases

Blue Emu Vase (2004)

This is part of the collection of Mini Vases that I have been working on. They are ideal for down-on-their-luck gardeners. You only need one tiny bud to fill them up.

Jewellery Mini Vases (2004)

Raspberry Edged Mini Vase (2004)

Tiny Blue Bud Vase (2004)
The fourth in my tiny vase series. This one is about 2 inches.

Yellow Jewel Vase (2004)
This is another jewellery gone "wrong". The glaze was put on very thin and you can see there are only the barest hints of blue and green left in the drips. Pretty neat 'one of a kind' tho, eh? The vase is 3 3/4 inches tall.

Tiny Vases (2004)
These are little bud vases. There is a fourth one coming soon. The glaze is a little iffy but they'll work. And their teeny, tiny, cuteness counteracts any gruesome glazing. They range in size from 2 to 2 1/2 inches tall.
(wheel thrown with teeny tiny little elf hands)

Three Vases (2003)
These were all supposed to look the same. Half of the dark raspberry and half of the teal. Oh well. Trial and error.
(hand built with slabs)

Slinky Dress Bud Vase (2003)
This looks better when it actually has a flower in it. It's beige glaze with a thin layer of raspberry over top. It was supposed to look like the creamer I made earlier, but...
(hand built with table scraps) :-)
