When I was looking for a house, I checked out two townhouses that were exactly the 
same and took pictures in both.  The only difference is that one was 
decorated all in pink.  (I didn't buy the pink one.)  
So the decor in these pictures is not mine.

outside.jpg (31991 bytes) This is it from the outside.  All the people enter their houses from the verandah/boardwalk accessed by the stairs you see in the picture. living.JPG (23058 bytes) When you walk in the front door, you will see the living room.  There are barstools at the breakfast bar, a gas fireplace and a sundeck.  I'm going to re-paint, but I don't know what colour yet (actually this picture isn't great for showing the real colours).  I love the Tom Thomson picture on the wall.
sundeck.jpg (26009 bytes) There's not much of a yard...actually there isn't any yard.  That's OK because I don't garden but I will enjoy the sundeck and barbequing (BTW, I've registered for housewarming gifts at Canadian Tire).  Close quarters with the neighbours so there'll be no naked sunbathing. kitchen (pink).jpg (53454 bytes) This is the kitchen from another house that's exactly the same (but the other house is strangely decorated all in pink), but you get the idea of the kitchen layout.  I have barstools though.  I don't have fake plants either.
sitting.jpg (30610 bytes) On the second floor, the first room you come to is the sitting room.  It faces south and so gets a lot of sun -- good for the few plants I have.  This is where the TV is.

 This is the bedroom on the second floor.  I painted the walls light blue and dark blue, and I also made the curtains.  The single bed is to the left, and the closet is to the right.  There's a 3-piece bathroom next door (shower, toilet, sink) for the person's own use.
master.jpg (21017 bytes) The master bedroom faces north and is on the same side as the living room and second-floor bedroom.  There's a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.  I painted it a nice pleasing "light cocoa" colour and arranged the furniture differently. ensuite (pink).jpg (15372 bytes) Again, this picture was taken in the other house, but it's the same layout -- just not pink.
